I came here because of a bad experience with another local well-known detail shop, and I am glad I did! I had Charisma Customs ceramic coat and tint my new truck and they did an incredible job. I’m pretty picky, but their work ethic, quality, and attention to detail left me with nothing but positive things to say. Chad at the front desk was great to work with, and the rest of their staff in the back shop are professionals in their crafts. When I received my truck back, it was flawless and looked better than it did when I took delivery from the dealership. There’s a reason so many customers trust them with their high end and exotic vehicles. I will not hesitate to go back again in the future. Read less

I recently had my Tesla Model Y and Model X tinted at Carisma Customs, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It was incredibly challenging to find a place that would even touch the Model X windshield, but these guys took on the job with confidence and expertise. The quality of their work is outstanding. The tint is perfect, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the job. What really sets them apart, though, is their dedication to customer service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. I won't take my cars anywhere else for window tinting. Highly recommend! Read less

I was able to get my trucks two front windows tinted within a week of contacting them and it was completed within an hour. The personnel was courteous and professional and I recommend anyone going to the shop for tint/ceramic coat/wrap work.

I took my car to Carisma Customs to fix a shoddy PPF job originally done by a shop more local to me. Carisma Customs knocked it out of the park. Their workmanship is top-notch, with great communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
